By booking or participating in any retreat, activity, or service with Natural Mystic Pavones, you acknowledge that surfing, swimming, boating, hiking, transportation, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, loss, or death.

By participating in any activities organized by Natural Mystic Pavones, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for your participation.

Natural Mystic Pavones, its owners, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, delays, losses, damages, or unforeseen events that may occur during your travel, stay, or participation in activities.

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, medical insurance, and personal safety.

All guests will be required to sign a full liability waiver before participating in retreat activities.

By booking a retreat or private stay with Natural Mystic Pavones, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver.
