Natural Mystic Pavones

By booking a retreat or private stay with Natural Mystic Pavones, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment for retreats and private stays is due no later than 30 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If final payment is not received by the due date, Natural Mystic Pavones reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to the Natural Mystic Cancellation & Refund Policy. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including all timelines, credits, and non-refundable conditions.

Travel & Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, passports, visas, insurance, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Natural Mystic Pavones is not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, lost or stolen items, or travel disruptions.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Natural Mystic Liability Waiver. Participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, and you agree to assume full responsibility for your participation.

All guests will be required to sign a full liability waiver prior to participating in any retreat activities.

Behavior & Conduct
Guests agree to act respectfully toward staff, other guests, property, and the local community. Natural Mystic Pavones reserves the right to remove any guest from the retreat, without refund, if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, accommodations, equipment, or vehicles and may be charged accordingly.

Itinerary & Experience Changes
Natural Mystic Pavones reserves the right to make reasonable changes to retreat schedules, accommodations, activities, or instructors as necessary due to weather, safety concerns, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure
Natural Mystic Pavones is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, ocean conditions, natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, illness outbreaks, or transportation disruptions.

Agreement to Terms
By booking a retreat or private stay with Natural Mystic Pavones, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
