Natural Mystic Pavones

By booking a retreat or private stay with Natural Mystic Pavones, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your retreat, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details regarding rescheduling and future credits.

Final payment for retreats and private stays is due no later than 30 days before arrival unless otherwise stated in writing. If final payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, passports, insurance, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Natural Mystic Pavones is not responsible for flight delays, travel delays, weather conditions, ocean conditions, injuries, lost or stolen items, or events outside of our control that may affect your travel plans or retreat experience.

Guests agree to respect the property, staff, equipment, and local community. Any damage caused to the property or equipment by a guest may result in additional charges.

Natural Mystic Pavones reserves the right to make reasonable changes to retreat schedules, activities, or accommodations if necessary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

By booking a retreat or private stay, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
